The hosts Phillip and Dee could not do enough for us, they were very friendly. The room was lovely and clean and refills of tea, coffee, biscuits etc provided outside the rooms for guests to help themselves to. We had an amazing stay at the Royal Hotel Whitby. The room was amazing and beautifully furnished. Staff were friendly and professional. The breakfast had a great selection of hot and cold food and with high quality ingredients. This was the perfect place from which to explore Whitby.

Exceptionally well decorated and beautiful home to explore the local area. Very welcoming on reception and everything you could need. Only minor gripe was the upstairs shower that was either boiling hot or freezing cold with no in between but sort that and this place is perfect.

Location was perfect . The cottage was very comfortable and had everything we needed . The bedrooms and bathroom were particularly large so we had lots of space and lots of cupboard space too. Loved the free standing bath !
