Our 1st room had a broken door handle, leaving us locked inside. We were moved to a room with: no working phone; crumbs on the floor; a smoke detector missing; mold on the ceiling; no body wash; no tissues; mildew in the toilet; dirt ring in tub; Summer's Eve bottle left in shower. I brought all of this to the manager's attention the next morning. He assured me it would be taken care of. 45 minutes after waiting in the lobby, the only thing changed was "
