"Hôtel location was perfect, and it had a lot of old charm which was exactly what we were looking for, room was beautiful, and the staff were super nice. Only a few small things, kept it from being perfect, like housekeeping knocking at 830 am, the tub bath stopper not working, our key cards kept deactivating and when we went to order room service and called down 2 times no one answered. "

"Arrived to someone smoking crack in their car in the parking lot. Elevator smelled like smoke. No room service. They billed me for someone else's room a week after my stay by accident. Hotel under construction. Honestly, it was awful."

"Disappointing stay for the price. The room had a strong musty smell and poor ventilation. Bedding was uncomfortable, and I could hardly sleep. Cleanliness was below standard, and the Wi-Fi didn’t work at all. Breakfast was also underwhelming, especially with paper plates. Overall, not worth the price."
