Karla was super welcoming at check in and accommodated our request for rooms on yhe same floor for our other family members. Toiletries were super, coffee too.

Stayed in the penthouse on the 20th floor. Lovely room. Spotlessly clean and amazing veiws over london. Will stay again.

Check in was so easy. Staff was friendly and helpful and the room was gorgeous for the price. Area is a little quiet in terms of nightlife but there’s things to do and not far from the tube. Loved the stay so much
