“首先位置不是很好，不是很方便游览。其次酒店在各方面还有待于完善。比如清洁方面人员不够，所以没有办法每天打扫干净。只是简单了事。打电话服务台从来不接电话，就算偶尔接电话也不会给处理。电梯不够用等。”

“We had a great stay!! The price is amazing for Miami and the room and hotel were clean and spacious. We had all the amenities we needed and it was a 2 min walk from ocean drive with plenty of shops and restaurants around! The front staff was so accommodating to our early check in request and so nice! ”

“Great condo, very quiet, security guards make you feel welcome, and absolutely loved the pool being open and sitting by it enjoying my kids and husband. Definitely worth the money”

“Our stay was great,my only complaint is that there was no way to communicate with anyone on the property.We left today at 7am and had no way to checkout.I called the number on the sign and left a message that we were checking out and that I left the key on the table.At this point this is the only communication I have received.No other email.One last thing is that I had the parking permit for the length of my stay and still got a $45 ticket on our last night there with a car.”

“I visited once two years ago and felt that I could choose this place again this time. But this experience was really bad! The white towels have turned yellow, the bathroom has been dripping, the refrigerator has not been cleaned, and there are other traces on the bed! All in all, very bad, will not come again!”

“Was very impressed with the host ! Sebastian was attentive and made the check in and check out process very easy .. This was a great find after I had booked my stay at another property nearby and was verbally attacked by a worker and had to be fully refunded …. We loved the views and cleanliness … I didn’t mind taking out my own trash or re-using towels .. It was like a home away from home … ”
