He was so kind to help me lift the heavy items out of my vehicle. He refused the tip I offered but I insisted! The room is clean and comfortable. My only complaint is the awful Dove hygiene products. Please consider using something that isn't full of perfumes and chemicals. "

"The staff, from the front counter personnel to the housekeeping personnel, were always friendly and courteous. The room was nice, and even though we didn’t need housekeeping during our stay it was offered via a slip we could have turned in by 11 AM on any day if we would have needed housekeeping. A lot nicer than a previous hotel we stayed at in French Lick, Indiana!"
