"My room window wouldn’t shut all the way so the bedroom was freezing through the night. Staff was nice. Sucked there isn’t any breakfast amenities other than their gift shop but unless you want to pay $3 for an 8oz milk carton I wouldn’t shop in there. "

"The hotel is newly renovated, very clean. The only drawback is they served the same breakfast every morning. The hot items were breakfast burritos, we were there for 4 days and had the same breakfast for 3 of the 4."

"We were in town for a concert at the Ford Center. We had the breakfast and dinner which were very good. Pool was cold but the hot tub was nice. We had a room near the lobby area and the walls were super thin. We could hear everything at 7:00am. People, doors slamming and dogs barking. The room was a little dated but clean. "

"Be aware! Cleaning poor, bugs!! Staff seemed nice but wouldn't refund fully because I didn't give required notice for check out. Had to toss stuff in addition to lost money from bugs!!!!! Hotels.com offered me $50 to replace my thrown out items. Obviously no clue things aren't priced like 1950 anymore! I didn’t spend 1 night, only checked in prior to event. Should have had full refund! I'm never using this site or hotel brand again. "
