“The property itself was fine. Nice place, attractive well appointed rooms. Great comp. breakfast. Decent amenities. The people who run the place (I'm not sure how long they've been there) seem to have a problem. They don't seem to have made any effort to learn about the town they are in so they can direct people correctly. They know very little about transportation. There is a trolley that goes all the way around the town that they've never heard of at all. They don't seem to have made an……

“Everything...quiet”

“The staff was really nice and helpful. However, one of the beds was broken. The previous guest's food was still in our fridge, and the whole hotel smelled very strongly of mildew. The bathrooms and the pool area were very clean and nice. The arcade had several out of order games and the change machine did not work. It was comfortable just not maintained very well.”

“I had an issue with my window shade, not opening the desk. Manager came up immediately when she saw it wasn’t a quick fix. She immediately transferred me to a better room. She went above and beyond I was impressed.”

“The hotel and room were clean, the key code worked perfectly, parking was a breeze, and there's a Dollar General right across the street (in case you've forgotten anything). But....the room stays pretty dark (dark walls and poor lighting). The floor is very uneven, making it feel like you're a little drunk when you walk on it. There's a microwave down the hall, but having one in the room would be a LOT more convenient. But, in our opinion, the biggest issue is the slippery bathroom (and shower)……
