“They didn't let me in when I already I was pride with Expedia and I already have all the necessary my id my reservation number , confirmation everything they just don't want my family there I call all the support and after 40 minutes waiting for my room they don't recognize my reservation so I have to pay another hotel room at the nigh in a unknown place just waiting for my refund . In the end they said that the hotel change the name that's why the reason but I already was there with all paid……

“When we first arrived there are actually 2 gates to get to the casita in the back (the orange fence and the metal fence) but the privacy and security were great for us. Everything was clean and the bed was huge and fabulous. The casita is laid out in very dog friendly way, and the open floor plan was perfect for my husband and I who were traveling with our fur babies. The location was great and not far from anything major that we needed, i.e. HEB (the best grocery store) and Walmart/ shopping.……

“I booked a non smoking room with amenities of a refrigerator and microwave and ac. The room had three cockroaches in it and the ac was not on when I opened the door. There was no refrigerator. It was over 90 degrees inside. I turned on the ac but still had to get a fan to get the temperature down. It took 2 hours for the room to cool to under 80 degrees. It was miserable. The room had an ashtray and burn marks on the bedding, furniture and even the bathtub. The bedding was dirty and the pillows……
