“The place is mismanaged. There is no maintenance person available to fix tv. Entry keys did not work periodically. Breakfast was minimal and the area was not monitored. They are evidently understaffed. The manage was constantly apologizing but did not do anything to change things for the better.”

“It was just like advertised. There a lot of places in tulsa that got nice pictures and then you get there and it’s horrible happened to me 3 times with 3 different hotels. Lucky me I found this Avid its amazing and worth every penny.”

“I wish they had pillows that were firm; I didn’t think to ask for room service. They might actually have some available. Very well maintained property and clean. Would definitely stay there again.”

“The staff is the best part of this hotel. Definitely an older StayBridge. The staff including especially the young lady Tabby makes it well worth while!”

“Head staff very friendly tho some things gotta change including breakfast staff.. they should be nice welcoming then when you are staying day after day and they are rude Maintenance guy very kind and goes above and beyond”
