“Everything was great!! Kitchen, hot tub, snacks, and amenities were so clean and the owners were some of the nicest people I’ve met!! Will be coming back here again and staying for SURE!! Plus it’s centrally located, so pretty much everything is 30 mins away instead of super long drives! ”

“We stayed at one of the Signature Residences at Maui Banyan for a quick getaway and honestly wish we'd booked longer. Check-in was seamless — instructions arrived well before arrival and the keyless entry worked first try, which matters when you land late and just want to drop your bags. The unit itself is in great shape. Kitchen had everything we needed (good knives, real coffee maker, not the sad hotel-style stuff), the AC was quiet and cold, and the lanai caught the afternoon trade winds……

“Pros-Check in and check out was super easy and clear. Parking was free and great, we were able to park right by our unit. It is central so close to lots of stuff. Shower was hot and stayed hot for awhile! Host was quick and clear on communication. There is a microwave, small ice box, stove top burner, couple pots and pans. The AC worked well and the TV is big! Bed is comfy but squeaky. Cons The walls are thin so we could everything upstairs and around. The only mirror in there was a small one……

“You feel like you're visiting a friend's summer house, relaxed and cozy. No frills, very chill. I was a little concerned of street noise being in the center of town but super quiet and all the other guests were well mannered. Loved the accessible "caffeine depot" as I had some jetlag.”

“The place was very clean. The staff was very communicative and accommodating. I stayed Wednesday-Sunday and I extended my stay 1 night which was very fast and easy. They left us chairs and towels which was very nice for the beach. The place was very spacious for 2 people. If you want to cook this has plenty of counter space. The balcony had a partial ocean view which was very nice. Great value for your money. Check in/out was very easy. You can walk right to the best beaches around. Only Cons……

“Ocean was only visible at an angle, Ice machine remained broken for the whole week, Breakfast was great but not included in the hotel stay, pool was good, staff was nice, would stay here again for future vacations ”
