“Lovely place. Our 5 year old declared the cabin “so cozy!” and had an absolute blast. The hosts take great care of their guests; lots of thoughtful touches throughout and a fridge full of bottled water. Sereda is very responsive if you have any questions. The location is perfect, halfway up a hill so you're looking out into trees - an excellent set up for bird watching from the covered porch. The cabin has binoculars and a birding guide. You're only about 20 minutes from a Walmart if you forget...

“Nice little getaway not too far from everything. It was nice to unplug and relax for a few days. Dry river is VERY close would be awesome in late spring early summer if you want a "basecamp" to fish for Brook Trout. A couple really nice deep fishing holes a short walk from the cabin. Had a blast and would definitely stay again.”

I was traveling with my dog and was happy to find a place that was pet friendly. I loved the simplicity of the Payne Cabin. The cabin and property was very clean and easy to find.
