The place was perfect for our stay, it was warm and cozy, clean and had all the amenities we needed like a coffee maker, stove, etc. The beach was walking distance, about 3mins from the property. The owner was very informative and quick to reply when contacted. We will definitely rebook with this property when we return.

Was a very pleasant, restful experience. Perfect place for a fur baby. Easy access to dog walk, pool and parking lot - short walk, on private access, to beach which was very clean and dog friendly. Todd was very friendly and accessable.

Perfect Little Condo

We had an amazing time. Our fur baby (55lb rescue) throughly enjoyed her 1st trip to the beach as well. The host was excellent and quickly addressed any concerns. (Only concern we had was connecting to the Wi-Fi in living room, but host immediately addressed) Enough room to set up large dog kennel. Large TVs. Bed was super comfy. Great water pressure in shower. Pizza and ice cream across the street. The only complaint is the pool closed on the early side. Overall we would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful experience!

We went here for my 60th birthday. Everything was as described. The condo was clean, good ocean view. Great club/ restaurant across the street. Everybody was nice, Todd was very thorough and accommodating. Short walk to the beach. Very close to St Augustine, beautiful city! Unfortunately we had two days of bad weather out of our 4 days there, other than that, a great experience! Will return to this condo on our next visit. Thank you!

just a place to stay

good things - location nice beach area nice pool area the unit has been nicely updated the bed was fairly comfortable the hosts were responsive i loved the online screen in the unit for info and checking in and out not so good things - someone said it’s “compact” nice way of saying very small the kitchen has no counter space the stove is in the living area with no exhaust which means whatever you cook is everywhere there’s a giant sliding glass door that can only be locked with a pole neither of the giant tvs worked apparently due to internet issues the complex itself is like a giant maze to get the beach pet areas etc the “ocean view” can only be seen if you stand up on the patio chairs i would recommend only for someone young and only for 2 people you get what you pay for

Can't beat it

Everyone wants different things...i wanted to be able to have a short walk to the beach, to see the ocean from the condo, and a pool in case the weather prevented swimming in the ocean for my girlfriend's 50th. Check, check, check. And that's harder to find than you'd think! Add in a very responsive host and a smooth check-in process (dont forget to use the code on the lock box, not the code panel), and this place is really hard to beat. We'll be back, for sure, the next time we're in the area. Thank you, host.

Perfect Location

You cannot ask for a better location close to the beach, pool, grocery stores and restaurants. We were on the bottom floor so we couldnt see the beach for the sanddune and sea grass. We could still enjoy the sound of the waves and the smell of the ocean. The only reason we gave a 4, for the overall rating is that allthough the furniture and most of the decor is new the building is old and theres only so much one can do to keep the space feeling refreshed. We only used the space to eat and sleep, (the bed was fabulous) and spent the other time out at the beach or in the pool. This place is in a great location,friendly vacationers, not too many kids, pet friendly and the owner was very quick to respond. Enjoy!!

First time to St Augustine

The property was very clean and well taken care of. Small, but adequate rooms, however we were there for the beach and only really in the rooms to sleep and settle down for the day so it for our needs just perfect. The view of the beach was great and peaceful. Beach was flat and firm, easily accessible from a ramp and also had showers to rinse off when you came back. However I wish there was access to the ramp from the first floor balcony to avoid carrying sandy things through the room when you get back, but a broom was provided so very easy clean up. Heated pool was good for the kids on an over cast day. Quiet part of town but quick drive to restaurants and grocery stores. Staff was friendly and helpful. Also pet friendly. Made quite a few four legged new friends. Would stay here again!! :)

Served purpose for a quick weekend getaway. Strong cleaning chemical smell upon arrival that dissipated some during our two day stay. Overall clean except under bed where I found lots of hair, dirt and dust when looking for outlets. No working lock on sliding glass door to outside ground level patio which was concerning. Had a large dowel rod in door track. Had everything needed for our stay and communication and property details, instructions were good. Would be nice to have some hooks mounted on wall as there is little storage. Feel like this little condo just needs some updating and a little TLC.

Property exactly as described/pictured. Our stay was great, the unit is just the right size for two adults. We couldn't get any closer to the beach, which was our primary reason for choosing this rental. The pool was clean and had plenty of tables with umbrellas and chairs, and lounge seating. The two A/C units did their very best and kept us cool, but they are terribly noisy and run almost constantly. Seems like the whole complex has the same problem?Will keep this place on my favorites list!
