“My sister and I enjoyed a very relaxing week in your top notch unit! It was super clean, a beautiful location, excellent communication, very well equipped and an overall wonderful experience!We had the best seafood at incredible restaurants and despite some rainy days, we enjoyed perfect beach days too. And a preview to the June full Moon we spent tons of time reading and bird watching on the screened in porch. We will be back ! Thank you ”

“Condo was spacious and very clean. Neighborhood quiet, easy going (being off -season.). Grocery store nearby. Condo was very comfortable w great porch, comfortable beds, big bathrooms, each having a tub. Kitchen well-appointed. If coming up from south, have to drive a few north of community to check in but process was easy. “My husband and I had our (adult) daughter and her boyfriend. The condo was clean, quiet and right at the beach access sidewalk. We were able to do all of the things we wanted. Having the beach access was made this trip one of our favorites.”

“Property was just as advertised -- nice, clean, well-stocked, great setup for a family, and a very short walk to the beach and boardwalk. Host was very nice. We really enjoyed our stay.”

“Check in was a struggle. We arrived early and was able to access the beach at the Litchfield beach club. We didn’t receive the 4 pm check in call and our unit didn’t become available until 7pm.The condo was perfect for our 6 person family and its location from the beach was convenient. “We had a fantastic family trip to Pawley’s Island this summer, and we found a gem when we stumbled upon this beautiful home! The decor was lovely, beds were comfortable, showers had fantastic water pressure, kitchen was well stocked, and overall the house was very spacious. “We stayed at this property for a week in early June, 2025. It was as advertised in the listing! Very clean, easy check-in, and many amenities in the development. It was also very close to a beach access (0.20 miles per my Apple Watch)—which was a pleasant surprise! Also, there was a pool specifically for our development, so not crowded, and another beach access with restrooms within 0.35 miles (again per my Apple Watch).
