Fully stocked and equipped kitchen, open living room and dining area, hard wood and tile floors through the living areas with carpeting in the bedrooms and a private balcony with seating. A perfectly simple condo at a great value with a perfect location! PLEASE NOTE: The private balcony from this condo has an obstructed view of the water. There is no elevator at this property, only stairs for access.
