“It was a clean room, good for a night stay like we needed. But the AC wasn’t working, it was super hot and no one’s ever at the front desk. ”

“The property was littered with construction debris (lobby, elevator, and hallways) and we were awaken daily at 6:00 AM with the beeping of crane equipment just outside of the bedroom window (working on building roof). The room itself was not in good repair and did not look like the posted images. The bed was a double instead of the queen we booked. Room had little coffee, tissues and toilet paper. We also found several hairs on the bed sheets.”
