“Hotel reception was over the top friendly. Our room was lovely and very large. We ate at the restaurant twice in the evenings and both meals were very tasty. The restaurant staff could have a bit more friendly. I had a massage and a facial. The massage was wonderful. We would stay there again.”

“Food was excellent , resort was so clean and well maintained , downside for me is food was available only until 10pm which for me is a bit disappointing however bakery and bar is open 24/7. overall I really enjoyed my stay at the resort , I stayed 5 night and didn't get bored of the food everyday i discovered something new which was perfect. rooms were vary spacious and well maintained, lovely water park for children's to play.”

“The hotel is very modern and well maintained. Staff are very helpful. The beach bar was my favourite. Lovely private beach and comfortable double beds for sunbathing. It is expensive for food and drink but that’s to be expected in a hotel of this standard.”

“So this hotel had the potential for 5 stars for its range but didn’t make it. First I contacted the hotel repeatedly to ask questions and the Expedia system crashed so I didn’t get any reply. That’s sad - and annoying - but I also emailed them directly. The hotel has a little kitchen with a hob. Very sparsely furnished with cups at and absolutely no cleaning stuff. No bottle of water supplied in courtesy on check in, I arrived after 10 pm and had no water to drink or brush teeth with. You……

“The apartment was high quality. Cleanliness was average. Poorly equipped with cutlery, no cups or large drinking glasses. Two of the 3 basin taps were broken and unstable. Room was serviced only once in 2 weeks and only after it was requested.”
