“Only reasonably priced property for Morgan Wallen concert in Clemson. Property is in need of repair and updates. AC fan was extremely noisy. It was clean.”

I wanted to share my experience so that others know what they are getting for whatever price is advertised for your stay. The good: I asked if they could accommodate an early check in at 2 pm vs 4 pm and they agreed to do this. Also, the property is clean and is in a nice quiet and peaceful area. “I never stayed at a woodsprings so I didn't know what to expect all I knew, was that the price was reasonable. I took a minute to check in because the rooms were still being cleaned and im not sure exactly why being it was pass 9pm. But anyway when we did checked in the room was very clean with a full size refrigerator and stove top and microwave. Wasn't expecting it to be so nice for the price. “Air conditioning was nice and cold, but it was leaking water onto the carpeted area throughout the night. The beds were average comfortability however, the pillows could have been larger or more to prop up with. The comforters were very thin, so when the air conditioner was blowing cold, we were freezing. When we checked in at 5:30 PM, there was a parking lot full of people and their lounge chairs outside of an area of the hotel with a couple of motel room doors open. It was aWhen we checked in……

“The hotel staff were helpful and friendly, but the room was not particularly clean and in need of updates. The beds and pillows weren't the most comfortable, but it was convenient to the stadium. The breakfast was only some fruit, granola bars and honey buns(not that we were expecting a whole lot more then that, just wanted to note it). “This was the worst hotel I have ever been to. The floors looked like they hadn't been cleaned in months. There was a magot on the air-conditioning unit, there were stains on the door jam to the bathroom that were questionable. There was hair all over the floor and shower in the bathroom. The bedspread had several stains on it. In fact we were in the room for an hour before we decided to just leave it was that bad. I would not recommend staying there to anyone.”
