“The tv in the room didn’t work I called reception they said someone was on the way up to the room - they never came Peacock out side the room all night and morning squawking and people running up and down the corridors all night ”

“Ive stayed at this hotel so was a return guest. I was shocked that after i had booked through expedia i was phoned by the hotel to say we had to pay extra to use the pool area. It would have been an extra £160 for use of the pool for one afternoon and a early swim the morning. The breakfast this morning was poor and the service very disappointing. We had to wait over 30 mins for our breakfast they ran out of juice bread fruit x butter and i and many other guest had to keep asking for things to……

“Positives - beautiful hotel in great grounds. Had tea in the restaurant which was very good. Bed was huge. Negatives - couldn't get bath to work and my wife was kept awake during the night by noise in room next door. Use of the spa was £20 per person (which I was willing to pay) but was then told we couldn't use it until 5pm. We'd arrived at 3pm with plan to go in spa before our friends arrived later. ”

“Enjoyed our stay overall. Evening food wasn’t great and restaurant seemed a bit cafeteria like considering how beautiful the hotel is. Pool was too cold.”

“Good sized clean rooms and the hotel is run by a friendly, approachable team. I didn’t get the chance to use to amenities so I can’t comment. Plenty of on-site car parking. I would recommend this hotel.”

“Very clean and modern. Long wait at check in when we checked in at 18:30. Rooms were lovely. Restaurant staff were slow but food good. Breakfast great. They had an Easter egg hunt on the the children which was great. £9 for parking seems quite high. ”

“We have loved our time at New Hall Hotel. The place is beautiful. We end up visiting again within rhe same week it was so nice. Whenever we come to the west Midlands this is where we stay. The rooms are spacious and clean, the food is lovely and a nice selection. Everyone speaks to you and makes you feel welcome. Next time we will try the spa. ”
