“Our room, though very compact, was clean and the bed comfortable. No mirror in the bedroom area; only in the bathroom. Bathroom was clean and sufficient but very thin towels and the toilet seat was cracked/peeling. Our biggest complaint was the breakfast. Offerings were minimal and some was inedible fruit and with an hour to go in the breakfast timing there was very little left. When told about the empty servers and cold case, staff just shrugged and nothing was refilled. Very paltry and……

They gave us another room, ,which was fine. The following day, we were gone all day, returning after midnight to find no housekeeping services had been provided - garbage remained and used towels were still in the bathtub. Next morning, staff told us we had to request housekeeping services; it was not the……
