“After traveling all day we got to the Hillcrest only to find out they did not have all of our rooms. They tried to get us to share the room they had. No phone call to let us know ahead of time. No help in finding us another room. Their thought was that I reserved 4 rooms and they only had 3, that I should still take the 3 rooms because I reserved them. We ended up at going back north to a hotel we passed 30 miles before. Very unhappy that Expedia would even list this property.”

“The property is located in such a lovely peaceful setting. Early morning on the patio listening to the birds is calming. The inside of the property is charming and everything is spotless. Very nice and we will return if we ever go back through the area again.”

“This place is like a diamond in the rough! Marsha is fantastic! There when you need her with a simple call. Beautiful OH riverfront, the town is just simple & Fun, they are friendly & welcoming. Had a great visit. The room is simple but homey & comfortable. We will definitely stay here again when down south!”
