"Overall, our staff was nice; Jim at the front desk was very personable, making each in/out pleasant. Our concerns were related to the ADA accessibility. We requested this particular kind of room for mobility reasons and expected that there would be a walk-in shower as all updated hotels have this in the ADA rooms. Unfortunately, the room had a regular tub that we had to contend with. Additionally, the main lobby and elevator were exceptionally warm, no fans or cooling devices in either area, making them uncomfortable."

"The staff were awesome and very helpful, I didn’t run into any problems, I was worried because reviews were so rough but honestly it was an amazing stay and the only thing I wish they would do is update the carpet, it’s extremely outdated but my bed and bathroom were perfect so I didn’t think the carpet was enough of a problem to ruin my experience. Also I had the breakfast and was very pleased with it, I would definitely stay at this location again if I’m ever in Virginia again."
