"This is my third time having to wait for my room to be ready after 3 pm. The rooms definitely need a refresh. I spent the first night at the new Crescent and it reminded me what the towers used to be like. If I’m paying close to $400 a night I should have a room that’s not dated."

"Beautiful new hotel. Everything was pristine. It was much better than staying in the Towers which have become rundown. We only stay there for one evening and we got in pretty late. We were not able to try the restaurants or really use the amenities. The property is beautiful. The rooms are spacious. Once the prices go down this is a a great option."

"Very comfortable beds, well kept rooms and pleasant staff. We were very disappointed by the Monday morning continental breakfast offerings--just coffee, OJ, cold cereal and yogurt cups--no bread or muffins or toaster to be had. Fortunately there are a Dunkin Donuts and a McDonalds on the neighboring properties for those of us who had a long day's drive ahead."
