“The cleaning staff does a great job of maintaining the property and rooms. Very friendly and helpful. The coffee shot/breakfast crew is especially friendly and provides exceptional service. The dinner service was also fantastic. The front desk staff was also very friendly and helpful. Recommendation: Need one more service member at ther front desk for morning breakfast and brunch, two people is not enough to manage their busy morning. “We appreciated that the hotel was able to honor our request for a ground-floor room, although it seemed this may have been one of the only rooms available. Unfortunately, the room itself was disappointing. It showed noticeable wear, including a leather couch with worn spots and stains, and several other areas that could use updating. It also wasn’t as clean or well maintained as we expected. The room was located next to the lobby, stairwell, and ice machine, so there was quite a bit of noise……

“It was ok stay but No simple breakfast is low key - also who doesn’t provide the door between main room and washroom. Are you supposed to eat or sleep when someone is pooping or taking bath just next to you without borders.”

“I was pleasantly surprised at this hotel. It was sparkling clean, they have real coffee cups in the room, and breakfast was made to order eggs waffles and bacon. Beautiful setting and they made the most of what they had. I would stay there again and would recommend. The bathroom is small, upstairs rooms require stairs but beautiful setting and walking distance to everything.”
