“I had an exceptional stay at The Livery Guest House! Everything was incredibly clean, comfortable, and beautifully maintained. The room had everything I needed, including shampoo, conditioner, fresh towels, a coffee maker, a mini fridge, a Roku TV, and a spacious closet to keep my clothes organized. The entire property uses remote access and smart locks, which made checking in and getting around incredibly easy and convenient. The A/C worked perfectly and kept the room nice and cool throughout……

“Our family had a wonderful time at Tarpon Tides Cottage. The owners were very communicative and provided lots of ideas for places to visit and dine during our stay.The house was immaculate and had every convenience we could have wanted. Being only a few blocks from the to the Sponge Docks and downtown, we were very happy with the shopping opportunities, too! Would highly recommend to anyone traveling to the Tarpon Springs area!”

“The pictures did not show that you had to claim a flight of stairs on the outside to get into the room and the stairs needed to be repaired or at the very least replaced the railing was really loose. Not a very safe situation. The property was nice. The room was not clean. There was hair on the bedsheets. Luckily, my wife had brought some clean sheets from home which we used after removing the ones that were on the bed.”
