“It was obvious the tension between the 2 women at front desk- it appeared one was training the other, she kept interrupting her- and saying negative things- when we asked to add our IHG account for points she was very rude saying no we cant because you booked through a 3rd party- you should of just booked through us then you'd get your points- reprimanded me like a child. We have never had this rude service before- wont be staying here again.”

“Easy to find, truck stop across the street for snacks and what not. Parking is fine, looks shady but didn’t experience anything bad. The gal at the front was helpful and checking in was easy. The room was what you would expect for a dates almost desert hotel. The bathroom was updated though. Beds ok, pillows no good. A/C worked fine and had a slider open at night for fresh air. The balcony though, oh man the bird poop was unsanitary. I used the public bathroom downstairs once, the grout needs……

“Dirty inside and out. Disgusting shower stall. The bed cover was covered with stains and many areas of burns. The chairs outside were broken up. The room smelled beyond what I could tolerate. "I stayed at this hotel for one night. I asked Gemini, and it suggested I take a rest in Tehachapi while traveling from Yosemite National Park to Las Vegas due to safety concerns. I had two hotel choices then, and this one was more expensive and rated higher than the other. The bathroom of this hotel is spacious, but the checkout time is unclear. It shows at noon, but it doesn't tell the time. I felt nervous and uncomfortable when I checked out. Could you clearly write the checkout time on the guest information at the hotel for customers? Thanks for the smart reception this time."
