“Great location, clean and comfortable, responsive host. Overall, a terrific stay. ”

“The good: Beautiful views and right on the beach. Floor plan is creepy. The “first floor tenant” has direct access to our living area on the second floor at all times. There is a camera in the hallway. The hot tub was filthy and a serious hazard for children. Fine if it’s out of service but then drain and cover it. The Keurig coffee maker doesn’t work. Only two coffee mugs in the kitchen WiFi signal does not reach to the bedrooms. A lot of potential but for this price frankly I expect more. ”

“Love the character of the house. The rooms were clean and the area was quiet. The only parking available is on the street and that was full the entire time. We had to park down the street and around the corner which was fine. The area of town is so unique.”

“Great location and wonderful hospitality while we visited family who live in Jamaica Plain. The home was clean and had everything we needed. Shower was great with lots of hot water and bed was comfortable. Being on the first floor made access easy. Both Jackson Station and Stony Brook Stations on the Orange Line are close with easy access to downtown Boston. Great walking trails along the Southwest Corridor. Both a local corner market and larger Stop and Shop are also walking distance. We……

When it turned out that he couldn't show up to meet me when I arrived, he sent rather cryptic instructions about how to gain access that delayed me for 45 minutes or so. That was not a good start. But after that, everything was fine.”
