"The staff were extremely pleasant and welcoming and were very accommodating when we asked for extra pillows. There is no coffee or tea in room; Only in the lobby. There's always loads available and boiling water too, and as the hotel is so small it's really not a bother to get tea or coffee in the morning or any time in the day! The hotel room was lovely and clean and airy, for the price it's perfect. As for parking. The carpark is great, secure and has cameras, also available is electric...

"A very nice and comfortable hotel with excellent grounds. Front desk staff were really friendly and helpful. The food was ok but we waited 2 hours for our meal and it was quite expensive. Breakfast buffet was excellent with a good variety of good quality food but again, it was really busy and we had to eat in the bar. Pool facilities are good but limited to 1 hour slots."

"Staff were wonderful, but we had an executive room that was in a poor state of repair to the point that the fire safety information had to be reattached to the door. The list of defects were really high from holes in the carpet mismatched furniture door strip on the bathroom door coming off to name only a few. If this was an executive room the mind boggles what the standard room must be like."

Food was amazing and they are always making sure the customers are happy and if there is anything they can do to help the customers, was an absolute delight with my dog, he got lots of attention. "The staff at the blue jay pub were absolutely lovely and so helpful ,all i have to say is probably a member of staff needs to be alocated in the hotel to save keep walking to the pub to get extra milk ,sugar and toilet roll ,oh and the doors from the hotel room doors are the most loud and scary ones being slammed for hours and hours on end and the floor from the room above us we were room 108 is the most loudest floor heard every footstep all around there rokm so came back from weekend stay...
