“I feel I cannot say enough nice things about this rental! It was as presented in the description and communication with Tricia was prompt, courteous and helpful. I forgot a bag when we checked out and she arranged for me to pick it up. The condo was clean, tidy and well appointed. Instructions were well posted. The sofa bed was comfortable and my friend and I were both able to have our own bathroom. Such a nice view. ”

“I’m a stickler for cleanliness. This cottage was immaculate! I’m talking no old debris in the corners, walls were clean and a super clean bathroom. This was way more than we expected in a beach town. No sand to be found in the cottage. Amenities were all we needed. Thank you for the coffee and brewer!”

“The description of the room made it sound perfect for our needs. The smell when you open the door is musty which we assumed is because it's an older place on the coast. There is dust on every rarely used surface or dish and the top of the stove was dirty. We even found splatter on the clock from who knows what. The sheets on the old hard bed actually smelled like soap but the comforter smelled like dirty dog and pillows smelled old and musty. The white towels looked used and dirty. They were……
