“Staff was very a helpful when ice machine went out of order!!!!!”

“Stayed here for 4 nights but absolutely was not happy about it. the staff was extremely rude and seemed like any request or question asked by not only myself but other guest that were staying there was just too much for them or above their job title/pay grade. Even one guest was sharing their frustration with me and my family in the elevator on the way down to the front desk about being told she had to come down to receive a PLUNGER to PLUNGE her own toilet because it wasn't flushing nor did……

“Friendly staff and clean room. It wasn't an issue for us, but the bathroom door did not shut. That could definitely be awkward for some people. I saw some notices on the walls about strict polices that were not mentioned online, including no more than 2 people per room and no guests, but it wasn't an issue in our case since we just needed a place to crash for the night. The exterior could use some sprucing up. There was a shopping cart full of bricks and a few mattresses just chilling out front.……

“It was a short stay for the finances however I had to change rooms 2 times. Bathroom was being worked on and t.v wasn't working in 2nd room. The staff was very polite and helpful. There was 1 bug we saw on our way out. I think once the small renovations are done it'll be better. Bedding could use some updating or replacing.”
