“Clean and comfortable. Good breakfast and friendly staff. The only thing is that if you leave something on your bed, the housekeeper is not allowed by the local law to touch it.”

“唯一的優點是房間很大，房內設施比較老舊，我們連住3晚，不會有每天清潔服務，浴巾也不會每日更換（如果要換浴巾需要加錢），早上10點退房（房卡10點失效，但是之前沒有告知，我們差點被鎖在門外），退房前需要自己把所有使用的餐具放到洗碗機內清洗，垃圾需要自行拿到外面的垃圾收集區域丟（這地點也沒有事先告知），退房前30分鐘我們一直在做家事收拾…… 基本上，我們下次是不會再考慮住這”

“I would not rate the breakfast menu as good. It was very limited on our last day of the stay We opted to go out for breakfast because the breakfast was so minimal. They had dry cereal as an option, but they didn’t have milk for it. ”

“The room was spacious, clean and very comfortable. The pool was a little small and towels were always out of stock. Overall the stay was good and would stay again when in the area.”

“Staff were smoking in the doorway of hotel while door opened. Sign said pool was out for season even tho it was advertised on website as functioning. There was a person asking for a refund in front of us because he said there were bed bugs and the room smelled of weed. The person working at the hotel told the gentleman that marijuana is legal in VA and some rooms allowed smoking. Our room on 4th floor had “no-smoking” signs but entire floor smelled of cigarettes and weed. Dresser was missing……

“pool not open. Air conditioning was too cold. The first room they offered us was so mildewed the lampshades had black stains. The base of the lamps were rusting. The entire room was. covered inn cigarette smoke film. The. next room was occupied by someone else. In the last room we found a huge lint ball on the floor. TV did work. Could not call front desk since the phone was dead. The clock and lamp on the bedside table were not connected to the one socket since the extension cord was 4……

“The property itself is quite good—newly renovated facilities, a convenient location, and a nice free breakfast. It’s easy to see why it has a 9.0 rating and overall, it’s worth it. However, I was assigned a room right next to the ice machine and emergency exit. I checked in late at night and didn’t realize the potential for noise. Unfortunately, the receptionist didn’t mention anything about it, even though I was traveling with kids. Starting as early as 6 a.m., guests began walking around for……

“Charming and tastefully decorated, immaculate. Room spacious enough. Desk staff was pleasant and helpful. Continental breakfast was basic but nice (great coffee, toast, bananas, pop tarts). Only two relatively minor issues. Water pressure in our room wasn’t great, and the window unit that provided heat was very noisy. Would definitely stay again!”
