“Very comfortable stay”

“Great for short term stay especially having a washer and dryer and everything you need for cooking. Great location as well.”

“Easy instructions ”

“Great location and very close to downtown Van Alstyne and the property was close to our family that we were visiting. The property was clean, quiet and very spacious and provided what we needed during our stay. Bathroom has a nice size walk-in shower and the bed in the full bedroom was very comfortable. We had a couple minor issues during our stay which were resolved quickly by our host. We would recommend this property to others and we would consider staying again at the property in the future.”

“Very nice place to stay and instructions to access were easy to follow. Bedrooms and bathrooms were roomy and clean. Quiet complex and nice location near restaurants and shopping.”

“Stopped briefly during travel, beds offered good support, TV worked smoothly, and bathroom was neat providing rest needed for the night. WiFi speed was sufficient for streaming shows after dinner around Sherman area.”

“Our visiting guests were delighted with the townhouse, and we sincerely appreciate the seamless communication throughout our stay. Every team member we encountered was exceptionally patient, kind, and helpful. They truly made a positive impact on our first booking experience.”

“Blinds need repair. Every blind was broken exposing guests to the parking lot. Other than that, it was nice and worth the price. ”
