“Condition of residence much better in photos. No hand soap or hand towels. Only 2 bath towels for 2 people. Only soap in unit was dish soap. Changed check-in time from 1600 to 1700 which was not convenient. Could have used better instructions to access parking garage off main road and then provide walking directions to unit. With a little more TLC this place could be outstanding. In its current state I would not stay again. One pillow had no case and was stained. Beds rickety and thin memory……

“torn Design apartment is a great period property kept in a really good condition. Easy access to ferry and few restaurants in the town. Very nice friendly locals around in this area. Little café at the top next to the bus stop is really good. They had some amazing pastries and biscuits selection. “House was very nice with alot of character we enjoyed eating outside by the kitchen and sitting on the deck. The house was a little hard to find the host was good sending us some pictures to help find the location. We were thankful for ac in the bedrooms. The walk to the ferries is about 15 to 20 minutes downhill and more uphill coming back to the house. There is a grocery store nearby. We enjoyed our stay. ”

“Struttura molto bella e curata in ogni dettaglio; la camera era un vero e proprio appartamento con ampi spazi, eccellente la pulizia. Posizione ottima in pieno centro a pochi passi dal lago e a cinque minuti a piedi da un ampio parcheggio coperto. “Wir sind extra um 15 Uhr angereist um das Appartement zu beziehen, da wir die Koffer nicht im Auto lassen wollten und das parken nutzen wollten. Leider konnten wir nach mehrmaligen Versuchen nicht einchecken. Es gab drei verschiedene Notfall Telefonnummer, die alle nicht erreichbar waren! Wir haben dann mit Expedia telefoniert um Hilfe zu erhalten. Das erste Zimmer konnten wir erst gegen nach 16 Uhr einchecken. Das zweite hat dann wieder nicht geklappt! So das ich erneut mit Expedia chatten……

"We had another wonderful time at Hotel Cyrano in Salono. Hotel manager Marco was as warm and friendly as ever! We felt right at home the moment we stepped inside. This was our second stay, and we've had a wonderful time every time! The staff are incredibly friendly and welcoming, the breakfast is plentiful and frequently refreshed. The hotel is easily accessible from the highway and features a two-level underground parking garage with ample and secure parking. This makes it an ideal choice for exploring Milan for a few days. great value for money, and we would definitely stay here again."

"We booked a room for 2, but an extra twin bed was already there, so we are given a room for 3. The room is classic, clean and comfortable, with good air conditioning (but only Reception can adjust the temperature ) The wooden floor squeaks when stepped on . During our stay the elevator was out of order for a few hours, but quickly fixed. Breakfast is decent. Overall very one here is very nice ."
