A lady called me one day befor checking in, said the apartment heater was not working, she Sadie would change another apartment to me. BUT SHE NEVER TOLD ME THE CHANGED APARTMENT HAS ONLY ONE BEDROOM AND ONE BED!!! It was very embarrassing, two persons has to share one bed!!! When I talked to them, they never responded. “We only stayed overnight to catch a flight but would stay again. It’s only 5ish min from the central train station so very easy to get to. It’s 2 blocks from the Duomo with lots of shopping and restaurants around. The staff were very communicative and helpful. The room was comfortable. I would recommend this as a good place to stay. ”
