“This was the second time I have stayed in this cabin. It is located very conveniently to the Townsend entrance to GSMNP. It is cozy and attractive. If you have kids, there are marbles, games, and books, a corn hole set for adults or kids, and plenty of places to sit and enjoy nature. I sat in the screened porch to drink my coffee most mornings, and watched a pileated woodpecker for half an hour one evening. I will definitely be back!”

“We loved staying at this cabin. It was far enough away from Townsend to be very private, but close enough to easily find all of the businesses and restaurants for our entertainment. It was also a great destination to visit the Eastern section of the Smokey Mountains including Cades Cove and other nature hikes and walks to get close to the natural wonders of the park. The fully stocked kitchen was greatly appreciated, along with the roomy bathroom situation. And we had plenty of room to spread……

“This cabin was wonderful, clean, plenty of room, in a more secluded area, and not way up a mountain! We love Townsend and will hopefully stay at this cabin again! Great little restaurants near the cabin, and it’s not far from Cades Cove. The cabin has a full nice kitchen if you want to stay in and cook, and also a small grill on the back porch! The owners were so nice and very responsive!”

“Great location. We enjoyed the peace and quiet and the neighbor’s chickens paid us a visit while we were in the hot tub. It made my wife’s day since we had our own chicken babies at home with several eggs in our incubator. Loved this cabin.”

“Beautiful space, wonderful outdoor features, and SO clean! We had an absolutely wonderful time staying in Townsend at this cabin. It was right on the river with incredible views, literally minutes away from Great Smoky Mountains National Park, and right in the middle of Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg. We wouldn't hesitate to rent this space again! One item of note, with the way the shower door is installed, the shower does allow some water to land on the bathroom floor. Just something to keep in……

“Peaceful Heights cabin was just what we were looking for. The cabin was clean, comfortable, and peaceful. Townsend is the a great location - close to the Great Smoky Mountains but far enough away from the busy tourist side of Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge. It gave us the quiet mountain experience we wanted while still being convenient for exploring the area. ”
