“This is our new favorite place to stay in Greenville - excellent and convenient location to all things downtown, brilliantly appointed as to interior details and decor, and wonderful, responsive hosts. What more did we need? Within walking distance of all the best eateries, the Reedy park, and the Saturday market on Main - oh, and Judson’s Bookstore just around the corner! “We loved our stay at this property in Flat Rock. The waterfall outside our window was a unique and delightful part of our stay. The size of the condo is perfect for a couple. The host was exceptionally accommodating. She genuinely cared about our stay. Rooms are spacious, appeared recently updated, and were well laid out. “We had an absolutely wonderful time in Greenville! This condo is in the perfect location and we enjoyed so many close-by restaurants and shops. We even walked to the baseball stadium for a Greenville Drive game (so much fun). What a FUN surprise Greenville was (our first time). The condo had everything we needed, parking was easy, and the whole setup (keypads, etc.) was just so smooth. ”

“Great little spot in Flat Rock with fun shopes and restaurants near by. Pool was nice, the lake was nice, and the condo was comfortable. Decor was modern even tho the building itsself you can tell is older but kept up. I felt safe the entire time and I had to reach out to the property manager 1 time because I couldnt remember the room number and she was super nice, friendly, and I was pleasantly suprised how fast she responded to me even tho it was late at night. “This was our first time visiting Lake Lure! Despite the lake having been drained and closed there was plenty to do in the Rumbling Bald Resort! We enjoyed visiting 2 out of the 3 pools during our stay. A round of mini golf, some ice cream, and dining at 3 of the on site & nearby restaurants. Not to mention the fireworks and other activities that were going on for the 4th of July weekend. The accommodation was great. A beautiful large home with everything you could possibly need. “We will go back again. I recommended to anyone but we couldn't handle the smoke cigarettes from the next door. We did not enjoy the balcony which is very nice. You need specific place at the property for people who smoke. When.we got there the floor was very thirty i cleaned it with a little towel. Beautiful property it need some repair outside specially the stairs the handles are thirty and need to go please,because people can fall down they are checking parking lot need be mark the alarm...

“This site is in a good location and amenities. Condo was clean and the owner very responsive to any questions. It's a short drive from both local activities and Asheville. Additionally, there are some really good restaurants just around the corner with a five-minute drive. Very pleased with our stay!”
