“The front desk did not inform us about other amenities such as free breakfast or Wi-Fi until asked for. Upon arriving in our room, we were greeted by a roach. After complaining and switching rooms, there was no roach, but the fridge was stained with food stains and looked like it wasn’t cleaned for a while. The bedside USB charger was completely smashed and unusable. The bathroom/closet door doesn’t close all the way. ”

“Enjoyed my stay. The staff were great. When I arrived to my room I noticed it felt pretty warm. I checked the thermostat and it was set on cool but blowing out hot air. I immediately notified the front desk and the gentleman immediately switched me to another room without hesitation. Definitely will stay again.”

“Hotel was conveniently located for what I needed for a week of work and the staff were very lovely and helpful. The lobby and common areas are pristine and the breakfast was really good every day. Love the Costa coffee in the lobby and they offered cookies daily:) I want this property to be 5 stars so bad, but there were definitely some things that could use attention! Used the gym and only 2 of the machines were operational. Pool was not cleaned and not in service. The first room I was given……

“The property and room waa cleaned. I stayed in Room 110 and the bathroom had a very bad smell. I should of changed rooms. Front Desk said it would go away but it never did. I bought incense to mask the smell. Asked for extra pillows which I was given but no pillow cases. Water pressure of shower very low. AC didnt work well. To top it off someone opened the door at 1am. Luckily i.had the latch down or they would of gotten in the room. I reported this to the clerk at desk when i checked out.……
