“Condo was conveniently located. The cleanliness needed work. It was apparent that the floors were not cleaned well making it feel not guest ready. The beds were very uncomfortable and pillows were low quality. This is one of the most important features of a guest stay. Invest in a name brand mattress and comfortable pillows and it will make a world difference for future guests. Putting in a few bottles of water and include a welcome note. This would make your guests feel a bit more...
