“I was extremely disappointed with our stay. We paid nearly $600 for just one night, and it did not come close to meeting expectations. When we pulled back the sheets, we found what appeared to be bed bugs on the bed, which was both alarming and unacceptable. To make matters worse, the main pool with the water slides was closed, which was one of the main reasons we booked this hotel for our kids.
