Complicated entry and parking procedures, but if you don’t buy the garage pass good luck finding a nearby spot on the street. Kasa Garage spaces are as far from the elevator as possible which is great for permanent residents but no fun if you’re solo with luggage. Step off the elevator and the powerful smell of ganja makes an interesting first impression in this……
