“Convient”

“I didn't like the the fact that they required a $100 cash security deposit on top of the already paid reservation. Had to leave and go find a cash machine and then return. If you use a debit or credit card it's 10 days before you get your deposit back!”

“A wonderful suite. Friendly host. Moreover, dinner is served every Monday to Thursday.”

“1) After new renovation, the doors were sticking and binding inside the door frames. New paint not dry enough? 2) Our windows facing north were foggy between the glass panes, and very dirty on the exterior. 3) New furniture is nice. 4) I assume the lobby hasn't been renovated yet... The dusty silk greenery is not very appealing. 5) Loved the new mini-refrigerator. With its "quick cool" setting.”

“We couldn't have asked for a better experience for our stay here! Seclusion and peace, while having space to enjoy the outdoors! Kade was incredibly accommodating and responsive and the property was impeccable. I loved the 2nd level patio and the pergola-covered deck area overlooking the pond! We enjoyed grilling and sitting on the patio furniture while watching our boys in the back. My 3 boys LOVED fishing off the dock, jumping on the trampoline, and going in the boat! “Probably not everyone's cup of tea. Kind of dated inside and a little bare bones. Not very many amenities in the kitchen. Of course there is a grocery store right across the street, but still... The bed was comfy and the shower was very good. Location was right on a fairly busy corner and we were apprehensive of noise but turned out OK. Everything……

“We enjoyed our stay in Cedar Rapids. This Vrbo is in a quiet and peaceful neighborhood with easy parking. We were close to everything. Check-in was a breeze. Communication with our host was excellent. The kitchen was especially nice. We were there during a warm weekend so we appreciated the AC! Thank you!”

“Kadia's Place was wonderful. We truly enjoyed our stay and highly recommend it!”
