“The cabins are small, cheap and not well maintained. The AC unit was as loud as a lawnmower and made concerning banging noises every time it cycled off, and there were beams of light streaming through the cracks between the AC unit and the wall. For whatever reason the radiator in the bathroom was on high when we got there, so the bathroom was even hotter than the 95 degrees outside. “It’s out in the country, about 30 minutes from Moab. Beautiful place. Great view of the mountains. Watch out for the deer on the way from Hwy 191 to the property. Bring your own food for lunch and dinner, unless you eat out. All you need for breakfast is provided. Great gourmet kitchen. Staff is super. You will love this place. It’s like being at home.”

“This was a perfect location for a family gathering we had. There were 32 of us all ages and we just really enjoyed the property. Some of us went snowmobiling and others went skiing at Snowbasin so it’s a great location for both of those activities. The host was especially helpful when we had needs come up during our stay. We would highly recommend it and plan to book again. ”
