“I think a lot of the negative reviews are unwarranted. It was clean and had plenty of room for the 6 of us (plus dogs). The house is old and you need to use the window AC units, but it was fine and stayed cool all day. The prices are 1/2 that of other properties in the area. The house is a few minutes away from the beach. It is a duplex, but we never had an issue with the neighbors. The only bathroom is on the top level and up a flight of steep steps. It may not good for elderly people or people...

“View and location are great to the beach and short walk to downtown. Owners have definitely made upgrades and improvements. We enjoyed the space and amenities (beach chairs and full kitchen). Pool looked nice. Owner has detailed instructions and checks in. Check in and access are easy. ”

“My parents and I came here for my birthday/Mother’s Day weekend. This place is even nicer in person and is in a fantastic location, truly in the heart of the city and so close to the beach. We had such a relaxing weekend and even when it was raining, we had all the comforts and amenities as if we were in our own home so we could enjoy being inside! We will definitely recommend to all!”

“The location of this condo is 10/10 perfect. The private beach access is ideal. The back patio seating area is great. It’s a very short walk into to town for shopping or lunch. We also enjoy the heated pool. WiFi single was sometimes weak, and may have kept going out (could have been user error too on our end). We didn’t mind though as we try to “unplug” when traveling. The laundry facilities on the lower level was also very handy!My 2 young kids (under age 8) slept on the pull out ottoman and...
