The shower is a handheld inside a huge jacuzzi tub with no shower curtain! Your bathing options are to fill and drain an enormous spa size tub or slip & slide on uneven jacuzzi seats spraying water everywhere. The hotel response “you booked a jacuzzi suite”. Apparently not an issue they fail to mention the suite has no shower. The grounds are nice but the rooms and resort are dated and frankly this “premium” suite and tub/shower is a joke. Management called to offer a different room at 8pm on our last night … a but late. Friends traveling in our group had a similarly dated non-premium suite … but at least their unit had a proper shower! This is a 3 star resort at best and if you like a shower be sure to confirm what you’re getting or better yet stay elsewhere."
