“El departamento está limpio, tal como en las fotos, por fuera parece que está un poco viejo pero por dentro está remodelado y tiene todo lo necesario para pasarla bien. La ubicación excelente, a una cuadra del Río Salado, con acceso rápido a los freeways. Un ambiente muy tranquilo, aunque a pocas cuadras si se ve otro tipo de viviendas. Pero aquí estuvimos muy contentos, lo volveríamos a rentar.”

“he host greeted us, and check-in was really easy. The home was so accommodating and perfect for a 19-year-old female soccer team from Colorado. Plenty of beds and activities right within the house. The team enjoyed games and movies. Check-out was also very simple. It rained for a bit during our stay. The roof started to leak through the vent. We did not receive a response back regarding next steps used a towel and bowl and rolled with it. ”

“Mike was amazing and very accommodating. The home was furnished and even had spices, oils and other condiments to cook. It was my husband and oldest son in town for our youngest son’s graduation from ASU! The home is a bit dated but functioned well. Location could not be beat. Walking to downtown Tempe was only 10 mins depending on how fast you walk. Close to restaurants, A mountain, the Mountain America Stafium and ASU. WOULD DEFINITELY rent from Mike again!”

“location in relation to tempe and asu is convenient. love the ample room for a family of 4 to spread out. beds are very comfortable and nice tvs. needs better cleaning between tenants, a comfortable chair in the front front room and more lamp lighting. ”
