“Usually I love most hiltons where I find customers service excellent, not at this property- there was no hello- was very short no extra words exchanged- I was there only for one night and i checked out as soon as I woke up- the room was ok there was no free water as most other hotels give- used toilet paper- it’s an older property, it’s pretty. If I don’t feel that warm welcome from places I never go back.”

“Hotel was under renovation and only 1 elevator was working and wait time was ridiculous. Only 1 restaurant was open during the week. 2 opened Thursday evening but 1 had take out only with only 3 tables in the lobby outside the restaurant. Shuttle only runs on Friday and Saturday making getting to the casino a hassle. Very disappointing experience other than the staff who were all very friendly.”
