“Rooms are clean, comfortable, quiet and very close to the air port and that's the only reason we stay there. There is a trans, black man, at the front desk who is extremely rude. I've complained a lot about his behavior but whenever we go he/she is still there with his attitude. He also takes his kid to work and he's in the lobby and I think that's wrong”
