“The condo was immaculate. The bed was amazing. Appliances brand new and high tech, had to Google how to use them. Host was very responsive and easy to work with. Pool was nice and clean. Grounds were well maintained. If you are looking for a wonderful, peaceful great place to stay on the grounds of turtle bay this is a wonderful option! Exceeded expectations. I wish we could have stayed longer.”

“Clean, modern, well equipped—Kaia Villa exceeded all expectations. It was beautiful, had everything we could ever need and more, and was the perfect space for our family trip to the North Shore. Our kids loved all the extras; games, puzzles, pickleball paddles, beach toys etc., and the adults enjoyed the extra toiletries, comfortable bed and beautiful/clean decor! Our host, Norma was very kind, helpful and responsive. We will definitely be back one day. ”

“Overall the stay was good. The location was perfect. The unit is a bit smaller than depicted in the photograph. We enjoyed the small balcony looking out on Ft Derussy having a coffee in the early mornings. We had a nice view of Diamond head and beach. It was reasonable walking distance to Waikiki beach, the Hale Koa and Hilton Hawiian Village. Nice little shop on ground floor with good quality Hawiian clothing. We dont linger in rooms much while on vacation so the small size was not an……

“Good location. The lobby and first floor of the Ilikai are nice spaces. My only complaint is that the small mini-split AC unit is underpowered for this room. We were never able to get the room cool enough. We kept the shades closed but the heat from the windows overpowers this small AC unit. A fan in the room would have been helpful. (I even cleaned out the filters on the AC unit, they were very dirty, this helped, but we still felt warm all night). Also, we got unlucky in that a family was……
