“Our host Muny was very responsive to our questions. The check in & check out directions were simple & clear. The location was very safe and we felt very safe walking to the Savin red T- stop even at night. The apartment is on the 3rd floor and the stairs are narrow. “We had a quick one-night stay and still managed to leave a suitcase behind and didn't realize it until we were two hours away. (Doh!) After the panic subsided, we contacted Muny and she thankfully replied right away to help us arrange a way to pick up our baggage. She did all this while on vacationing abroad!
