“The hotel itself was wonderful! We enjoyed our breakfast and the staff were very helpful. They helped arrange transportation to/from and helped with excursions. Very responsive!! The beds were comfortable and very warm. They also provided heaters. Laundry service was very reasonably priced as well. We liked it so much we booked our next stay already!”

“The hotel is very comfy, with nice staff and environment, the beds and toilet are all clean. There is staff standby in the front desk 24hrs, so even if we arrived the hotel late in midnight, still able to have help from the staff. The breakfast lady is very nice too. But the location is not in city centre, we have to travel through uber each time for about 15mins, but it is easy to call uber so doesnt really bothered. They got thick blanket so it's warm and cozy in bed, but since the room is……

“We were arranged to room near traffic road. It was a bit noisy. We struggled between natural ventilation (since no air conditioning in hotel) and noise isolation. Opening window, too noisy. Close window, stagnant air.”
