“對於酒店員工十分不滿 首先是態度冷淡並且無法滿足客人要求，由於酒店職員不懂英文，難以溝通，職員會選擇先協助懂西班牙文的客人。 而面對本人所提出之要求，一而再再而三地忽略。本人出門前向櫃枱職員提出要求提供多一個枕頭及暖爐， 職員表示會於清潔房間時放進房間。 其後本人回到房間， 不但沒有完成本人要求， 更收走了早前向櫃枱職員借的風筒！ 本人親身到櫃枱再次表示需求，職員態度欠佳，沒有正面回覆何時會提供所需的物件，你需要多次向職員查詢才有回覆。 當我收到職員提供之暖爐時，我同時要求的枕頭，並沒有提供，又需要我再次向職員查詢！ 我從未試過入住酒店出現類似體驗，本人對此酒店十分不滿！ 位置偏僻，對於旅遊人士絕不友善！”

“The place was a mess and sent us to another hotel. Since we did not get to stay the night I would like to ask for a refund.”

“Wonderfully clean hotel! Very close to the airport with about a 10 min taxi. The hotel can arrange your taxi service. We got there about 8pm and food was hard to order. You will need to ask for towels. Either speak good Spanish or have your Google Translate ready”

“Basic room for good price. You get what you pay for. Was nice staying outside main tourist area. Saw cool local areas and everything was walkable”

“It was a budget hotel next to the airport. Rooms were really cold, and it took a while for the water to warm up. Friendly staff. Spartan room with older TV. Breakfast 7-9 am, checkout 10am. Both kind of early. Let us store bags on checkout day for free.”

“Hotel is clean & quiet, staff are nice & helpful. Location is convenient, they arranged my tour around Cusco and picked up from hotel. They help me stored my luggage when I out of town, early check in and later check out. The owner couple help me move when I broken my leg. I feel like at home! Thanks Yesica! You’re the best!”

“This apartment was perfectly located near the historical center. It was two stories with a great layout. The washer/dryer functioned very well. The beds were comfortable and the living/kitchen areas were very nice. There is a large grocery store steps away. The apartment was cold. I used the portable heater in my bedroom at night and that seemed to help. I highly recommend this apartment.”
